About

We have our own distillation plant to process all kinds of Solvents.

We can extend the life usage of the solvents by reusing them through recycling.

This reduces the need for our Customers to purchase virgin solvents at a much higher cost and causes a negative impact on the environment.

Distillation Process

Hover over the different steps to learn more about our distillation process.

Step 1

Drums containing waste solvents are pumped into a boiler tank in liquid form

Step 2

Heat gets generated within the boiler, and the waste solvents turns into gas form

The residual contaminants left in the boiler tank are extracted for proper chemical waste disposal

Step 3

After leaving the boiler, gaseous waste solvents get condensed into liquid form in the condenser, where cool water enters the condenser and hot water exits the cooling tower

Step 4

Clean liquid solvents are then collected in the stainless steel tank containers where the different qualities of the solvents are refined out
